How OutfitGeneratorAI collects, uses, and protects personal data

This Privacy Policy explains how OutfitGeneratorAI ("OutfitGeneratorAI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase credits or a subscription, contact us, or use our AI outfit generation services.
OutfitGeneratorAI serves users in the United States and the European Union. Privacy rights vary by location, and the sections below describe choices available under applicable US state privacy laws and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you create or use an account, we may collect your name, email address, password hash, email-verification status, account identifiers, profile information, authentication-provider identifiers, session information, and account-security records. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides information according to the permissions shown during sign-in.

Photos may contain information about an identifiable person. We use them to provide the requested generation and safety-moderation functions, not to identify a person or create biometric identity profiles.
Guests receive a signed random browser identifier. We store one-way HMAC hashes derived from that identifier and the connecting IP address to enforce the guest allowance and prevent abuse. We may also collect device, browser, request, timestamp, security, error, and feature-usage information.
We maintain plan, credit balance, credit transaction, order, invoice, payment-status, subscription-status, and product identifiers. Waffo acts as our Merchant of Record and processes checkout, billing, payment methods, invoices, taxes, fraud checks, refunds, and related payment information. OutfitGeneratorAI does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

The providers that receive data process it under their own contractual and privacy obligations. Waffo independently controls certain billing, tax, fraud, and payment information under its own privacy notice. AI requests may be processed by Kie.ai and the model provider selected to fulfill the request.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information, uploaded photos, or AI-generated results. We do not use uploaded photos for advertising.
We use automatic retention limits for successful generation results:
OutfitGeneratorAI does not persist input images in its product database or long-term result storage. Input images are temporarily transmitted to Kie.ai to perform the requested generation. Kie.ai may retain temporary upload copies for up to 72 hours under its operational deletion practices; we require confirmation of the effective retention period before production launch. Other infrastructure providers may apply their own limited operational retention practices.
The outfit_guest cookie may remain for up to 365 days. Account data is generally retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, disputes, or legal obligations. Payment, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Security and technical logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for reliability, abuse prevention, and incident investigation.
Deleting an account starts deletion of account data controlled by OutfitGeneratorAI, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-compliance purposes. Data already expired or deleted may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups rotate.
Our providers may process information in the United States, the European Union, or other countries. Where GDPR or other law requires transfer safeguards, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, signed guest identifiers, hashed abuse-prevention identifiers, and private result storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
