Terms governing access to and use of OutfitGeneratorAI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OutfitGeneratorAI's website, accounts, guest access, AI outfit generation, subscriptions, credits, downloads, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). "OutfitGeneratorAI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Service under the OutfitGeneratorAI name.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not limited by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By uploading an image of any person, you confirm that every depicted person is at least 18 and that you have all permissions required to use and process the image as requested.
OutfitGeneratorAI lets you upload a person photo with a garment or outfit reference, or upload a person photo and describe a look, to create an AI-generated outfit preview. Guest use may be limited to one successful generation. Registered features, generation modes, credit costs, plan limits, and availability are shown in the Service and may change over time.
The Service is a visual creative tool. It does not measure your body, guarantee garment fit or sizing, confirm how a physical product will look, or replace professional fashion, safety, medical, or purchasing advice.
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not create duplicate accounts or manipulate guest identifiers to evade limits, obtain repeated promotional benefits, or bypass enforcement.
You retain the rights you have in photos, garment images, descriptions, prompts, and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant OutfitGeneratorAI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, moderate, process, transform, store, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and deliver requested results.
You represent that:
AI-generated results can vary based on image quality, lighting, pose, garment visibility, prompt wording, model behavior, and other factors. Samples and previews do not guarantee an identical level of quality or accuracy. Results may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, altered details, or unexpected content.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that a result is copyrightable, unique, non-infringing, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing a result and obtaining any permissions required for the way you publish, advertise, sell, or otherwise use it.
As of the date of these Terms, OutfitGeneratorAI uses ByteDance Seedream 5.0 Pro through Kie.ai to generate outfit images. Kie.ai provides the API connection and provider-native safety filtering. We may update or replace the model or provider as the Service develops; material changes will be disclosed in the Service or an updated version of these Terms.
You may not use the Service to:
We may use automated or manual moderation and may reject, block, or remove content or requests that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create legal, security, or safety risks.
To report User Content, a generated result, or account activity that may violate these Terms, email support@outfitgeneratorai.com. When available, include the account email, generation identifier, and a description of the suspected violation. Do not resend sensitive images unless our support team requests them.
We review good-faith reports and may preserve relevant evidence, block or remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, or notify service providers or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required. We will handle report information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AI generation consumes the number of credits displayed before you submit a request. Different generation modes may use different amounts. Credits may be included with account registration, subscriptions, promotions, or one-time packages.

We may correct credit balances affected by error, fraud, chargeback, refund, duplicate grant, or abuse.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel through the available customer portal or the instructions provided with your purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves paid access available through the end of the current billing period.
Waffo is the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service. Waffo processes payment methods, billing, taxes, invoices, fraud checks, cancellations, chargebacks, and refunds under the terms and privacy information presented during checkout. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable Waffo checkout terms.
Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and expiration rules are displayed before purchase. We may change future prices or plan features with notice required by applicable law. A change does not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, digital credits, subscription periods, and AI generation services are generally non-refundable once credits have been allocated or used or a generation has been processed. Subjective dissatisfaction with style, realism, fit, composition, color, or other characteristics of an AI result does not by itself establish eligibility for a refund.
If a reproducible technical failure attributable to the Service prevents delivery or incorrectly consumes credits, contact support with the account email and relevant order or generation information. We may restore affected credits or coordinate an eligible refund through Waffo. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that apply in your location remain unaffected.
Successful results are automatically retained for limited periods: 24 hours for guests, 7 days for Free accounts, and 90 days for Starter and Pro accounts. You are responsible for downloading results you want to keep before they expire.
You may request account deletion through available account settings or by contacting support. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, security, tax, and legal records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, and original materials, is owned by OutfitGeneratorAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the Service or our branding to you.
The Service relies on third parties for AI processing, authentication, storage, email, hosting, and payments. Their services may be governed by additional terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control, but this does not limit responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, infringed third-party rights, created a safety or security risk, engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse, or exposed the Service or others to legal risk. Where reasonable and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal by contacting support.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or provisions that by their nature should survive, including rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every image or device, a particular generation time, or a specific result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutfitGeneratorAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers in the United States, the European Union, or elsewhere of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms when the Service, business practices, or applicable law changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
